SHIPPING
How much is postage?
Postage is a flat rate of $15 for all Australian orders. All orders will be provided with a tracking number.
Do you offer express postage?
We ship with a courier that does not offer express postage. Please contact me if you need your item urgently and I'm happy to make other arrangements.
However, Express postage does not make turnaround time any faster.
Do you ship International?
We do! We ship to certain counties. Please contact us to get a postage quote. If you go through checkout and choose the Australian postage fee, you will be billed for the remaining.
International postage rates are different for every country. UK, Europe and China is usually upwards of $30aud. NZ is upwards of $20aud. Please make contact and we are happy to accommodate.
Do you offer a Local Drop Off Service?
We do! We offer *FREE* personal drop-off around the WYNDHAM, VICTORIA area (Werribee, Hoppers, Tarneit, Wyndham Vale etc).
You will be contacted to arrange a suitable date/time.
If you choose this option and you are located outside of this area, your order will, unfortunately, be cancelled.
TURNAROUND TIME
How long is turnaround time?
ALL items are made to order unless otherwise specified. Please be patient as each item is custom made and, occasionally, items are needed to be ordered in for specific items/requests, which can result in a longer turnaround.
For candles/melts -
TURNAROUND TIME IS USUALLY TWO WEEKS.
For custom coated tumblers - TURNAROUND TIME IS USUALLY TWO - THREE WEEKS PER TUMBLER.
For all other products - TURNAROUND TIME IS USUALLY UP TO ONE WEEK.
This does NOT include shipping time.
Custom orders that require specific stock to be ordered will have a longer turnaround time, depending on suppliers.
***PLEASE NOTE*** Turnaround time for custom items is also dependent on customer communication if item requires specifics.
Please communicate/respond/send requests in a timely matter so we can get your item done as fast as possible :)

REFUNDS
Do you offer refunds?
Customised items are non refundable and non returnable due to the personalised nature. All purchases are final and refunds are not given for change of mind.
However, if an item is faulty due to a manufacturing issue, please contact me and we can come to a solution together.
We take extreme care with packing securely, but occasionally damage in shipping can occur. Please make contact immediately if that does happen.

Can you create custom items that aren't on your website?
We LOVE creating new and unique items. If there is something you're dreaming of, please make contact and we can come up with something special together.
Can I make changes to my order?
Please contact us immediately if you would like to make any changes. We will do our best to accommodate, however, if items have already been started, they might not be possible.
Once items have been completed, we cannot amend spelling, colour or design errors. So please choose carefully and be sure to spell check when adding customisation to your order.
My order is a gift, can I add a note?
Absolutely! Please contact us directly and we can arrange that for you.
