REFUNDS POLICY

Customised items are non refundable and non returnable due to the personalised nature. All purchases are final and refunds are not given for change of mind.

However, if an item is faulty due to a manufacturing issue, please contact me and we can come to a solution together.

We take extreme care with packing securely but occasionally damage in shipping can occur. Please make contact immediately if that does happen.

Due to the handmade nature of items, some minor flaws can happen. No two items are identical.

CANDLES AND MELTS

Please follow the supplied guide for candle and melt burning as incorrect usage can be dangerous and be a fire hazard.
Sparkles and Spice does its best to provide detailed guidelines for safe use and takes no responsibility for incorrect candle usage and damage that may happen from doing so.

TURNAROUND TIME

ALL items are made to order. Please be patient as each item is custom made and, occasionally, items are needed to be ordered in for specific items/requests.

For candles/melts - TURNAROUND TIME IS USUALLY TWO WEEKS.

Full Custom coated tumbler - TURNAROUND TIME IS USUALLY TWO - THREE WEEKS PER TUMBLER.

All other products - TURNAROUND TIME IS USUALLY UP TO ONE WEEK.

This does NOT include shipping time.

***PLEASE NOTE*** Turnaround time for custom items is also dependent on customer communication if item requires specifics.

Please communicate/respond/send requests in a timely matter so we can get your item done as fast as possible :)
